Today has been another busy day. Seems like I've been out on the road everyday this week with appointments and meetings. I've been trying my hardest to choose healthy options from what I am given. My day over all was a very nice day and I don't really have anything to complain about. My back has been hurting pretty bad, I have 5 slipped discs in my lower back, and my L5 is protruding. I'm making it one day at a time with that, there is never a day I'm not in some kind of pain over it, but I choose not to let it get me down and to keep moving forward. It's the only option I got. I've very excited to see that the scale is on the way down again instead of up. Hopefully the rise in my thyroid medication will help me out a little more. My sugar readings was good yet again today and I'm elated!
