Well today I had to work away which I do not enjoy as it involves a lot of driving and it makes it a very long day and with my fibromyalgia it also tends to be painful and draining. But to make it a positive day rather than it being a totally negative one I usually treat myself to a visit to a rather wonderful noodle bar. I gave it a lot of thought as I didn't want to undo the good that I have achieved so far but I decided that this was just one meal that I really do enjoy and as long as I don't see this as the beginning of a slippery slope I don't have anything to worry about. Let me tell you the meal was loooooovly.
So tomorrow is another day and I will go back to eating sensibly again. 😊
