sore muscles from Pilates and ballet. seeing a difference in leg and hip muscle tone & flexibility. also arms and stomach seem tighter. still hope to see more tummy flattening and thigh tightening. building upper body strength has been the biggest challenge as the recovery is very painful from even the littlest exertion.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
