Started to cut out nuts and seeds totally from Jan 16. Weight seems to be coming off despite gorging on oats and sweet potatoes. Going big on starches - sweet potatoes and oats and probably trying out potatoes over weekend for a change.
Bad flu helping to curb appetite too.
