of course i have 2 weeks off work for the christmas season and first day back to work my body decides it wants to be sick... havent made it to the gym once this week i feel so guilty.
153.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 23.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
