I'm back on track. I had a light day yesterday and skipped my snack. I had a vitamin water instead. Walked on treadmill for 30 min. Last night was mad busy at work I didn't sit down all night. Boy are my feet protesting now. But its over so after a super healthy breakfast I'm going to sleep good!. good luck all.
