I'm pretty sore today. I have been stepping up calisthenics. It's just me, gravity and free...
155.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I began strength training on Sunday and paid for it. Not used it and had to get lighter weights. This getting old stuff..... So doing 2 lbs and will work my way back up to 10.
