Happy Thursday! Woke up early and took a 1mi walk! All before the sunrise! I was starving on my way to work. I stopped at a gas station and got got hard boiled eggs, mayo packets and mustard packet. Made 2 deviled eggs for breakfast. Not bad at all, I like my fancy mustard from home better, but it did the trick. 12+ lbs to goal of 150. I'm liking my chances!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
