I read an article this morning that confirmed what I had learned a while ago. Apple Cider Vinegar helps with weight loss. Yep, you read that right. Recent studies have shown that taking vinegar with water after a meal helps regulate blood sugar and insulin. I allows more glucose to go to the muscles. They found that it lasted about 5 hours after eating. If you know history, especially the revolutionary war you will know that each soldier was given a ration of vinegar. They used it to not only stay fit, but to ensure good bacteria in their digestive system. Just make sure you mix with water, or just google how to mix it and in what amounts. Your body will thank you.
