Fast five kilometers (21 minutes and small change) this weekend...getting in better shape altogether. Can tell the difference in a couple of pairs of jeans even if the numbers aren't saying much different.
173.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
