wow it's been 21 days since I last posted... I have be focusing on enjoying myself. I got back to school on Sunday. I've dedicated myself to eating a ton more protein, fiber, and a controlled amount of fat and carbs. I'm mentally doing fantastic. I haven't touched the scale since I've been here until today. apparently I'm doing something right! (even when I indulgently ate too much ice cream one night I guess it didn't hurt too much in the short run)
ive been recording my food on a physical journal to hold myself accountable and have a tangible proof of my progress. on FS I just write it and forget it, never having to look back.
