lencic's Journal, 18 January 2017

So, I am 25 and I have a weight of 48 kg currently. I am 162cm height and this weight fits me very well. However, it came out that I have a Hiatal hernia, and my doctor told me that I must keep a severe diet. I don't have anything against fat-free, or low-fat food. But it is a big trouble for me to live without tomatoes, kiwi and pineapple, oh, and bell peppers. I love salads very much, but I am out of ideas what kind of fresh salads I can eat in my condition. I start losing more weight as I don't eat much, and I think losing weight is not the best thing for me.

Is there someone in there struggling with the same problems? What do you have for a fresh meal? How long do you keep the diet and do you give yourself days off from it, and drink a glass of wine or eat something sweet? Thanks.
