162.1 lb Lost so far: 36.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well seem to have stabilised my weight not quite where I had planned it to be which was 77-75 KG but running @75-73Kg is OK and I'll not argue with my body :) just need to add some weight into my exercise routine but finding that really hard as the whole point was lower blood pressure and that averaging 115/70 so really happy with my energy levels and fitness level so not much motivation to get to muscle building.
