having problems with head hunger. Eating too many carbs and the wrong carbs to boot. Need to stay on the protein path. Doing well on getting in my 30 mins of exercise. probably need to increase my calorie intake as well. daily intake is very low some days. WAKE UP LINDA AND TAKE THE CONTROL!!! YOU'VE COME SO FAR, KEEP ON GOING!!!
