Not starting the New Year off very well. But committed to getting on my treadmill at least 3-4 times a week. I hope small goals will help me push through my own fears, barriers and walls! Wish me luck!
136.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
