4 pounds gone in the last 30 days, things have slowed way down! But its still a loss and I will rejoice in it no matter how small. Now got to get to work to shed the next pound, then the one after that, and so on...
216.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
