I just can't believe that I'm losing weight without strenuous exercise. I am looking forward to hitting the pavement again, but I need to get out there and earn some extra money to replenish my car, vacation, and house savings. Can I just tell you how grateful I am to have had the money to fix an emergency car repair, still go on vacation, and start my home repair? Wow.

I am also very happy to get back to a routine. I went to the farmer's market Saturday and created a meal plan Sunday. They are all basically two-item meals that should take and hour to prep, cook, and eat. Last night was plantains and brussel sprouts. Tonight is okra and rice.

So easy to be vegan!
201.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes im all about my simple meals hey here's something quick and so delicious one pack of already cooked Hormel Chicken and gravy already cute fajita mix (onions , red bell peppers ,green bell peppers) heat the chicken up (I prefer stove stop ) in a skillet 7-8 mins add the vegetable stirring it up with the gravy cook them down just enough where they still are crisp but not raw it was so good ** gravy is not permitted on hcg however the sugars were low so were the carbs and the gravy is just enough to taste once you mix the vegetables in so just be aware and listen to your body :))

What are you using for protein on hcg? Eggs? Cheese isn't permitted is it? Too many carbs to use legumes.

I'll have to find where it's listed that I'm on HCG and change it. I haven't done HCG since 2014.
