Starting Weight Loss Challenge at Orangetheory.
Goals:
1. Prep!!!
2. 80-100 oz. water / day
3. Log Food to keep track to make sure I am eating enough to lose weight.
3. Eat: Protein - 120 mgs/day
Green Vegetables in each meal
Healthy Fats in each meal
Choose between Grain or Low Glycemic Fruit in each meal
4. Two-Three snacks per day with protein and healthy Fat
5. Weight Loss: 1.75 to 2 lbs./week
Goal-10-12 lbs. in 6 weeks.
6. Sleep - 7 hours per night Bed time 7.5 hours prior to alarm
7. Exercise 5-6 days per week at OT. Off Days - Jillian Michaels & make sure I log 10,000 steps
140.1 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
