At Christmas I bought a huge piece of ham. It didn't get eaten so I cut into 3 pieces and froze it. Today I cooked the smallest one - 900g uncooked weight. Boiled it for an hour and then roasted it with grain mustard on the fat. M-I-L had some and I ate the rest, with a small piece of cheese dumpling.
Now I'm stuffed and thirsty. Started eating at about 11 am finished at 1.30 pm.
