Tomorrow I am leaving for a 10 day vacation and I am going in with a positive mentality, but in my mind, somewhere along the way vacation always = sabotage. I have workout clothes packed and I even am bringing some shelf-stable Jenny Craig food to keep me on track, but there is always a doubt in my mind that things are going to go wrong. I guess I just really need to have more faith in myself. I know I can do it and make this vacation successful. It is supposed to be a break from things that stress you out, not things that make you feel good, and overeating is definitely a stressor in my life!!!!! I am def. going to journal while I'm there (in Florida) but any positive feedback and support would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks guys!!
