3 days sugar-free! After the headache, no energy, and crankiness, I can't wait to see what tomarrow brings. I thought I would feel better without, but so far, not so much. This better be worth it.

Sugar addiction is just like any other addiction, withdrawals first before you feel better but it should be within the week. You can do it!

Yes you can do this. I promise you will feel better and better about yourself. The beginning is the hardest. Just got to make it a new way of living.

It is so worth working through this it will pass very quickly. How well you are going to feel will make up for it all, it will be SO worth it :)
