so tonight after dinner I cranked up some tunes and got on the treadmill. i put the incline at 5 and walked 2.5 mph on top of walking up hill the kids were dancing around the living room so I copied what they were doing with their arms. it was 30 min of intense workout but I dont know how to put it in my exercise. it was a lot of fun tho
