I absolutely can use this for a sandwich! In fact it's far too wide across. And I'm going to have to find a smaller Tupperware bowl to use. And in fact I could've cut this into three slices of bread and I think I will.

Cool! Check out the Swedish Breakfast Bun in my journal today. I decided they are the size of "sliders" ... I filled mine with BBQ and keto cole slaw. Filling and very delicious.
