I restarted my lifestyle change 2 weeks ago and have lost 4.5 lbs so far. It has been a struggle and I'm hungry sometimes, but I know what my ultimate goal is. My son is getting married Memorial Day weekend and I don't want him to be embarrassed of me/my weight. Not that either of my children really think that...it's my perception. I don't want to look back at his wedding pictures and see myself heavy and unhappy with my weight struggles. I have a different job now that has me physically active every day. I come home tired, yet try to get in even 10 minutes of exercise. I'm watching what I eat, loading up on vegetables and I can already feel a difference in my energy level. I'm not lethargic and unmotivated. It's a great feeling. I know I can do this; I've done it before. I've regained and lost 30 lbs over the last several years. This time, I'm going to reach my goal. I've got this!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
