Left 30 pound in 2011 and hope t leave 50-60 in this year. So proud of myself being able to do it all on my own being surrounded by people that refuse to care and don't care anything about anyone else goals, no support and being strong and love myself enough to do it for myself. well after having 2 months break I'm back on it to focus and keep up and improve my new life style. Diets are not for me and want to get to my goal weight and keep it. Thank you Lord for you love and strength I couldn't do this with out you
