on track for my macros! 99% of daily calories w/ my night snack planned and accounted for! I can do this! DAY ONE
update; i went about 140 cal over my total. but at least i recorded everything that went into my mouth. that was a big step since i gave up in may 2016. i walked about 2/3 mi today and for the last 3 days. i resolve to walk everyday. i hope i can continue even w/ heavy rains that are predicted!
