ugh...not making any progress...still eating way too many calories/points a day...and always feel hungry...
136.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet bellyafterbaby's own diet   gaining 1.2 lb a week

Try not to eat sugar (any kind: white flour, diet thinks with sugar or high carbs)... sugar makes us hungry all the time. <3

I did really well bumping up the protein intake, and also drinking a lot of water, coffee, and tea - about 80 ounces a day. I did also cut out white bread, white rice, all corn products, soda, diet soda, and juice. Good luck!

carrots and celery work for me to curb the hungry pains.
