My roommate swears by this diet - He's lost about 100 pounds on it, so I decided to give it a try. He's doing it with me, and we are doing one week hardcore, then one week making "good choices" and then back on again. After the first month we will go to two weeks on, one week off, and then two weeks back on. Let's see how we do. I've already lost some weight this week, but I am going to try and keep official weigh ins to once per week. Having weigh ins Monday before work will help to sway me from messing up too much over the weekend. I've also been going to the gym for at least an hour and a half four to six times per week.
