Today is the first day of the 17-Day diet. I chose to do this diet because it's healthy eating and exercise. My next weigh in is Jan. 20. My is to be down to at least 230. I can't believe I've allowed my weight gain to get out of control. I'm ready to take back my life.
241.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
