I am continuing to try and only eat over an 8 hour period and it seems to be working well. I take breakfast with me to work and only start feeling hungry at between 10.30 - 12.00. I go for a 20 minute walk at lunchtime and then get back to work. I really don't feel hungry even when I am preparing dinner so I don't pick which must be cutting down on the amount of calories I am consuming. I enjoy my dinner but am finding it easier to leave food on my plate once I realise I am feeling full. I know its very early days but I do so hope this continues 😉
