Starting over. Went to the gym for a fitness assessment. I'm way over weight. My BMI & BF are double what they should be. I can't afford a trainer. Matt wants to help. He is the only person I think I can get a good workout with and he whips me into shape. He helped me lose weight before. My worry is his school schedule. I fear his schedule along with the kids schedules will interfere with what I want to accomplish. I need to be strong willed and go to the gym on my own! I can do this! If I meet my goal by my birthday we are going to have a Toga party. In the mean time for every 5 lbs I lose I will get a mani-pedi. For every 10 lbs I will get a massage.
