I made chicken soup today with my homemade bone broth. So yummy. I got a pressure cooker last November and have been using it a LOT. I didn't even think to make bone broth in it until this week. 3 hours vs 3 days, so much better for time. I only made it once or twice a year before but now that is going to change. Plus I know exactly what is going into my broth.
