I am logging my food.
- I still am finding leftover holiday foods and picking at them. I log most everything I can remember

I am filling my fridge with healthy meat, dairy, and veggies.
- I have great dairy and homemade yoghurt.

I am getting on the exercise bike every day for 5 minutes and then 5 minutes of the mini-trampoline.
- I will do this, get on the equipment for brief periods.

I am drinking plenty of good water and tea.
- Much easier to drink good bottle water than well water.
