Im on WW also, Im male 320 but losing, the program wants me to be at 35 points a day, but see the points they recommend, are NOT so much to lose weight, but to gain a healthy lifestyle and be able to get you in a better shape to add exersise to help lose the weight, I personall stay at 25 points. My ex mother in law was 380, and she stuck to 25 healthy points a day, and she lost 110 pounds in one year, NO..NONE exersice, she wont do it. She also did those weight drinks from walmart also. But if i was you i would drop to 25 points, BUT make them healthy points, 2-3 apples a day, water or diet coke only. Lots of tuna, and low calorie bread. Progresso has a bunch of 0 point soups, and One can is two servings, but makes it one point then lol. But every morning i do 2 servings low soduem bacon, egg beaters whole eggs. 2 peices of low cal toast and low cal cream chesse. and an apple, 4 oz milk. Lunch i do 2 servings or progresso 0 point soup, tuna sandwihich, pickle and an apple, diet coke. dinner is whatever i feel i wanna eat, usally a smart ones meal. But i lost 9 pounds last week, hoping for 5-6 pounds this week. just drop the points, to drop the pounds. thats what i say lol. good luck to you
