started atkins diet 1 week ago, and came down from 205 to 198 in that time. Another 2 weeks of induction phase, and I'll look to transition to the on-going weight loss phase. Hopefully I'll be in the 180s when I switch over so that in on-going weight loss I can just lose ~10lbs. Goal is 175 for this year's racing.
