I am logging my food.
- Still have all this leftover holiday foods that I am picking at so I am probably way over my daily limit.

I am filling my fridge with healthy meat, dairy, and veggies.
- Slowing cleaning out the old stuff.

I am getting on the exercise bike every day for 5 minutes and then 5 minutes of the mini-trampoline.
-Did 10 minutes of exercise bike

I am drinking plenty of good water and tea.
- Not drinking enough. Must remember to drink more.
