Below is how I feel! I'm pretty sure I've gained back all the weight I lost before but I'm ready to get started loosing again. God help me this time, it feels like my life is on the line.

your life proly is on the line, at least if by that you mean a normal lifespan. that is why it doesn't matter how fast it come off but that you eat right, get some exercise, and start trending in the right direction. 3 lbs a month is plenty fast
