Is this sudden weight loss due to bloating from too much sugar/alcohol/fatty foods over the holiday weeks? Maybe. Doesn't matter. Back down the path towards loss, not gain. I will glom on to the New Year's Resolution people and ride the wave back to losing weight consistently.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
