I just got done with my first workout in over 6 months! I did 30 minutes on the eliptical and another 15 on the bike. I wanted to quit the whole time but it truly felt great once I was done. I completed the hardest part of the journey....getting to the gym for the first time! Now I just need to continue on this path and it will only get better.
