I stopped tracking everything that went in my mouth and had a few life events that were less than pleasant (Including a motorcycle accident) and managed to pack some pounds back on in the last few months.
It's incredibly easy, and I hardly feel like I was taking in that many extra calories, but unless my cheap electronic scale is lying to me, here we go with proof I was.
I'm thinking of picking up one of those balance beam scales like in the doctor's office for a more authoritative weigh in. I don't know how much I trust this cheap scale on an uneven 100 year old hardwood floor. It spends a lot of time trying to decide if it's zeroed before I use it.
