UGH!...I'm so aggrevated. I've slipped diet wise the last 2 days, and now I am paying for it! from 202.8 to 205.4 in just a few days. I'm so upset right now.
I've stil been working out at least 5 days a week and I can see the improvement in my legs and arms for sure, so that is good, but I really want to get under 200!!!!!
