I havent been on here in a really long time. I have tried to watch what I eat but I have discovered that actually doing this and seeing in writing what goes in helps me a lot more. So, we'll see how this goes for a second round.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
