3 lb weight gain.... ughhh must the the monthly visitor
162.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1018 kcal Fat: 70.29g | Prot: 69.15g | Carb: 23.48g.   Breakfast: boiled egg, bacon, splenda, coffee, whipping cream. Lunch: ribeye steak, asparagus. Dinner: 1/2 cup shredded iceburg lettuce, tomatoe, beef hot dog, Thousand Island Salad Dressing, small pitted olives. Snacks/Other: sargento pepper jack cheese, brown cow plain yogurt, splenda. more...
