I dislike recording what I eat. It takes too much time because I LOVE to cook from scratch, but I hate weighing things. And frankly, I mess with recipes all the time to make them more low cal or taste better with seasonings.
But, all that has to change so I can get healthy. I'm currently obese. Everything hurts. Not a night goes by that I don't go to sleep and wake up in pain.
I want my life back. It starts here.

Once you've done it for a while you'll know without having to constantly weigh things out, like anything else consistency is what matters.

Cook as you like but be careful of sodium and sugar. Never eat more than a fist size portion. Use stevia if you need sweetener and sea salt. Coconut Oil and good fats. You can do it🌴 I find recording what I eat helps me make good choices.
