I really screwed up yesterday. I totally gave into emotional eating. I was angry and stressed out after my first day back at school, so I came home and made a lot of unhealthy decisions. And then I went out with my friends and decided that I didn't care about counting calories so I pigged out on cookies and chips.

Oops.

But today is a new day and I'm going to get back on track.
