I have zro motivation right now. When I get a little back, I will gradually lower my sugar intake, switching to unsweetened juices from sugary lowfat fro-yo and light ice cream, which I'm eating A LOT of right now.

I think light exercise, other than walking to the grocery store and similar errands I do on foot, might help me get some motivation.

177.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
