Ok, time to stop playing and get real, going to the gym 5 to 7 nights per week and taking a class at the gym at 3 to 4 times per week. No more saying O that not too bad I'll have one, then the one turns into two and so on, then I blow the hole thing and have too start all over again. Monday the 2nd is a new year and gonna be a new me,with the help from Jo and my 2 friewnds from work I will do it this time.
199.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 74.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
