Oops!!
204.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week

Drastically cut the carbs and the sugar. Try to minimize animal fat where feasible. No added butter or oils. That means your salad dressing is salsa or just herbs, vinegar or lemon juice or any combination thereof It comes off easy.

Sometimes I just have to have cream in my coffee, but I traded away all the other added oils and fats for it.

Thank you for the comments Marcus, but I am not cutting out anything. I am not a fanatic about losing weight as I see some on here are. I will get to my target weight, but I will not sacrifice anything to get there. I am here to live life and enjoy all aspects of it. I will adjust but I will not sacrifice. Have a great day.
