first of many let the recumbant bike workouts begin..goood morning ..recumbant bike arrived from sears yesterday..smart tv arrived couple of hours later..smart tv is still downloading apps..woke up after an 8 hour nap..was wore out last night..think i was dead to the world 5 minutes after i layed down in bed..woke up this morning at 3am and decided after my tinkle that i would get my first workout over..did my first 30 min-5 miler on bike..didnt even seem like it was that long..the plan...to do 3 workouts each day..and build back up to what i was doing when i was riding outside before the cooler days slowly worked in ..

gonna set laptop up for now to hdmi tv so i can watch you tube workout videos while on bike..more motivation..with winter coming on...yes i have finally got it in my mind winter is here...woke up to 23 outside this morning an with wind chill 12..glad everything i need is in house..warmer temps by weekend..but then colder days ahead weather man says...so on weekends be stockin up on food again...

its a norditrack elite 5.4 ifit recumbent bike..but probably wont get the ifit attachment..has 23 pre programs and you can adjust resistance to suit your ride..its nice..i might get where i like using it..even though i bout it for sister..lol..lest i have something to use while im waiting on my trainer to arrive..

have a great one everyone...keep up an moving..o by the way..did 4059 in steps or almost 2 miles in steps yesterday..my phone was amazed i could get that high in steps...lol..

thought i could attach a pic..but got tired of waiting..so you can go to sears or just goggle it..

thanks doobrie and mes...2x30 workouts over with..first one was just laps..second one was resistance workout..second one was sweating..not sure if there will be one last one today or not...kinda wait an see..

UNCLE !!!...thats it for the day..went in just to do an easy peddle ride..my lower body just cant seem to comply with what the brain has in mind..did another 2.5 miles..im done for the day...first day thats it..theres always tomow to challenge myself once again...
