At least it isn't up and up! Yes, good idea to get her checked out, just in case. I hope it's something simple

Mine too. Oh dear about Lily. I hope its something simple like an infection, rather than him finding nothing and that leaves you in trouble. x

Once she gets over her op they are going to do a urine analysis. They reckon something is stressing her. Could be Mrs J. She is up to high doh about Lily's op today.

Huge drop, Jocko - well done! When my cat started weeing in strange places, it was because he had cystitis.

Lily is fine after her op. She is curled up, sleeping, on Madge's dressing gown. She is a bit befuddled and not quite herself. She did manage to jump up onto my desk though. Lucy is hissing at her every time they pass one another. It must be the vet smells. Either that or Lucy thought I'd taken her away and now is disappointed she is back.

Did the vet say anything about her peeing on the bed? Glad she's through her op OK

They said anything could stress her. Perhaps the big cat has changed her behaviour towards the kitten. When she gets her post op exam they will give us a litter pack, so we can give them a urine sample. Just to check if it is an infection she has.

That's good. It's a chance to check them both out. Cats can be funny towards each other. I used to have two, one was friendly, the other a vicious, skittish thing. When the friendly (older) one died, Mattie became more confident and friendly to people. She even came out to large groups of people at parties (although that might have been the chicken - she loved BBQs)

I am happy Lily is though her surgery. Once she gets your smell back on her, your other kitty will like her okay again. LOL!
